IoT monitoring board for residential boiler systems. ESP32-WROOM-32UE paired with SIMCOM A7670E LTE modem — external antenna connector with impedance-matched traces for reliable cellular connectivity.
Battery management: TP4056 charger, DW01A protection IC, MAX17048 fuel gauge.
Sensors: DS18B20 temperature, non-invasive current transformer, 1:1 voltage transformer for mains monitoring, and leak detection input.
