Relay module — part of a two-board system that adds Matter/Thread connectivity to legacy appliances with analog gauges, without modifying their internals.
The companion board (ESP32-S3) reads the analog gauge position using an on-device computer vision algorithm and transmits the interpreted value over BLE. This board receives it, makes on/off decisions, and exposes the appliance to a Matter/Thread smart home network.
Hardware: ESP32-H2, HLK AC-DC module, LDO, relay with TVS + Schottky flyback suppression, USB-C, expansion pin header.
Firmware: ESP-IDF + esp-matter, C++.
